Generaly

These terms and conditions apply to the products sold by PGM AB in this webshop, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing between the customer and PGM AB. PGM AB applies the mandatory rules that follow from applicable legislation. More information about the Distance and Home Sales law and the Consumer Purchase law can be found here. The buyer must be of legal age or have permission from guardian.

Prices

All prices are subject to VAT according to Swedish law (6% on printed matter, 12% on food and 25% on the remainder). There is no minimum order limit or shipping charge. We reserve the right for any printing errors and exchange rate changes, we reserve the right to price adjustment without prior notice.

Ordering

The order must be confirmed in writing by PGM AB before delivery. This means, among other things, that if a product in PGM's range has expired or for some other reason is not available with due regard for reasonable efforts, PGM AB is not obliged to provide such a product despite the fact that the customer ordered the same as above.

Delivery

Our warehouse makes it possible to deliver almost all goods to you within two to three working days. Order item can be added for a few days, provided that our supplier does not list the item. Non-stocked goods are marked with "Delivery time about 10 working days".

On Demand

Unstocked goods are marked with "Delivery time approx. 10 working days".

Shipping cost

Shipping will be added to all orders unless otherwise stated. The shipping cost is calculated when invoicing, the cost is based on weight, package, pallet and if it is possibly bulky.

Payment privately

We use Bambora Checkout for all payments within Sweden. For questions regarding payments, contact customer service: 08-50 162 100.

Payment company

Payment is made via invoice. We perform the usual credit check. In the case of approved credit, payment can be made against an invoice with 30 days net. In the event of late payment, we charge interest on arrears in accordance with law and the statutory reminder fee. Where applicable, we reserve the right to withhold delivery or part thereof.

Uncollected packages

In cases where the customer chooses not to redeem the ordered shipment, the customer will be charged the cost of the corresponding shipping (return) plus handling fee of SEK 295.

Delivery control

When the goods are received, you must always check that all packages are delivered and that no packaging is damaged. If a product is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made directly to PGM AB. In the case of unredeemed shipments and incorrectly returned shipments, we reserve the right to charge shipping and handling costs to the customer.

Complaint

Defective goods must be reported within 10 days, provided that the goods were defective at the time of delivery. Notify PGM immediately when any fault is encountered. In the case of unredeemed shipments and incorrectly returned shipments, we reserve the right to charge the shipping cost to the customer.

Force majeure

We reserve the right to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, IT breakdowns or weather conditions.

Retention of title

The products remain the property of PGM AB until the purchase has been paid in full. The terms of purchase are seen as accepted when ordering. Disputes regarding interpretations or application of these terms of purchase and related legal matters shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law.

Return and exchange

In the event of a return, you must contact PGM. Address label and return slip issued by customer service must accompany the shipment. Return transport takes place at the customer's responsibility and at his expense. Non-stocked goods or ordered goods cannot be returned. Returns of dirty and / or used goods are not accepted.

Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal and open purchase 14 days only applies to private individuals. In the customer's message to PGM AB, it must be clear that you regret it. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the item or a significant part of it. If the agreement applies to a specially manufactured product - or a product that has been given a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period begins to run on the day we have provided information.
